Virtual Concierge:

The initiation fee includes annual lab work to establish a baseline. 

No. Your membership covers all care I provide. There are no copays or deductibles. Insurance can still be used for labs, imaging, or medications.

No. This is a private-pay concierge model so I can provide unrushed, high-quality care. You may still use insurance for prescriptions, imaging, and labs.

Sometimes. While the membership fee will not qualify, many patients use HSA/FSA funds for labs and specialized testing. Please check with your plan administrator.

Not entirely. Think of this as your primary and urgent care home. You should still keep insurance for hospitalizations, ER visits, or major procedures.

You’re absolutely welcome. I work with affordable lab and pharmacy partners to help keep costs manageable. 

Not at all. I focus heavily on preventive care, long-term health planning, and proactive wellness.

Usually within a few hours during business hours. Messages received after 8pm may be answered the next day.

As long as you are a Texas resident, I can coordinate care and send prescriptions anywhere in the U.S.

As your concierge, my primary availability aligns with the office hours listed on my website. During these times, I'm fully dedicated to your care.
  • Weekend & Holiday Virtual Visits: I may offer additional virtual visits on weekends and holidays by appointment, subject to availability.
  • After-Hours & Urgent Matters: For urgent concerns outside of office hours, weekends, or holidays, I'm accessible, but please respect my need for rest and family time. Messages received after 7 PM will likely be addressed the following day.
  • Vacation & Planned Time Off: I provide at least one week's notice for planned vacation days to ensure seamless care transitions for my clients

For emergencies, always call 911 first. Once you’re safe, I’ll help coordinate follow-up care and recovery.
