What Services Are Not Offered:

  • Emergency or life-threatening conditions
  • Severe pain, shortness of breath, or chest pain
  • Complex chronic conditions needing in-person evaluation
  • Conditions requiring Schedule III or IV medications (e.g., Codeine, Tramadol, Lorazepam)

Pricing:

  • Virtual Sick Visit 
  • ● Initial Fee: $10 (one-time only). A full medical history review to establish your baseline. 
    ● Cost Per Visit: $50 (Free for Rainbow Road Members)
    ● Includes: Baseline history review, video diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions.
  • Home Visits (Service subject to provider approval): 
  • ● Initial Fee: $10 (one-time only). A full medical history review to establish your baseline. 
    ● Cost Per Visit: $100 (Free for Rainbow Road Members) 
    ● Includes: Medical history review, home diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions
    ● Add-Ons: On-site COVID, Flu, and Strep testing (extra fee).
  • Outside of Business Hours (Availability may be limited or restricted):
  • ● Cost Per Visit: $75  (Free for Rainbow Road Members) 
    ●     Mon & Thu: Extended evening availability
    ● Tues, Wed, Friday: Limited/by exception only
    ● Weekends/Holidays: Family time; patient cases considered on a case-by-case basis only
