No. Your membership includes all the care I provide, with no copays or deductibles. Feel free to use your insurance for labs, imaging, or medications whenever needed.
The Rainbow Road is a membership-based concierge service offering unhurried, high-quality care. You can still use insurance for prescriptions, imaging, and labs.
Patients may use HSA/FSA funds for their membership, labs, and specialized testing. Please check with your plan administrator.
Not entirely. Think of this as your primary and urgent care home. You should still keep insurance for hospitalizations, ER visits, or major procedures.
You’re absolutely welcome. I work with affordable lab and pharmacy partners to help keep costs manageable.

As long as you are a Texas resident, I can coordinate care and send prescriptions anywhere in the U.S.
Weekend & Holiday Visits: I may offer additional virtual visits on weekends and holidays by appointment, subject to availability. Please note: In-home visits are scheduled during standard business hours only.
After-Hours & Urgent Matters: For urgent concerns outside of office hours, weekends, or holidays, I'm accessible, but please respect my need for rest and family time. Messages received after 7 PM will likely be addressed the following day.
Vacation & Planned Time Off: I provide at least 2 week's notice for planned vacation days to ensure seamless care transitions for my clients
In emergencies, call 911 first. Afterward, I’ll assist with follow-up care and recovery.
